3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use HireCopilot, you must create an account by authenticating with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the service

4. Email Access and Processing

4.1 Gmail Authorization

By using HireCopilot, you authorize us to access and process emails from your Gmail account. This authorization is required for the service to function properly.

4.2 Email Processing

Our AI system will analyze your emails to:

You retain ownership of your email content and any data you input into the service. By using HireCopilot, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your emails for the purpose of providing our service.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability of our service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

HireCopilot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided by our AI analysis.

8.2 AI Analysis Disclaimer

While our AI system is designed to accurately identify hiring-related communications, it may occasionally miss relevant emails or misclassify content. You should always verify the accuracy of our analysis.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall HireCopilot be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party services including:

  • Google Gmail API for email access
  • AI services for content analysis
  • Cloud services for hosting and processing

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HireCopilot operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
